Brief an Inspection Before Bulk Production Starts
An inspection brief should turn the approved sample into specific checks. It is more useful to agree the method before production than to invent acceptance rules at the packing stage.
Define the working document
List the identity checks first: style code, material description, cap details, shade reference and packaging version. State the measurements and visual references that matter for the range. Connect each requirement with the approved sample where possible.
Connect the approval points
Agree any shedding, odour or construction checks and how results will be recorded. If a laboratory report is required for a particular claim, identify the applicable evidence. A catalogue description by itself is not a test certificate.

Keep the handover traceable
Define how discrepancies will be communicated and which records should accompany the shipment. Keep the batch reference and inspection decision together. A shared brief makes the final review more predictable for the buyer, factory and any inspection provider.
