Compare Wholesale Quotes on the Same Specification
Two prices are only directly comparable when the product and order terms are comparable. A useful quote review starts with the specification rather than the headline unit figure.
Define the working document
Check the stated material, cap construction, lace area, length method and colour reference. Ask whether the quote includes labels, packaging, accessories or sample costs. A lower figure may describe a different bundle of features.
Connect the approval points
Confirm quantity tiers, approval stages, production assumptions and the agreed dispatch arrangement. Distinguish the factory price from carrier charges and any destination costs for which the buyer is responsible. Ask for clarification instead of filling gaps with assumptions.
Keep the handover traceable
Record the final selected specification and commercial terms together. If you reduce or add features, request a revised quotation. Keep the approved version attached to the order so the production team does not work from a superseded price discussion.
